So what has changed since last year.
- Smartphones are the #1 subject quickly followed by photos
- Only an educated guess but I think Cuenca now has about 5,500 expats
- 3 major daily publications (Gringo Post, Gringo Tree & Cuenca High Life
- Fiber Optic Internet is now available
- The Tranvia is 62% complete
- More great restaurants at affordable prices
- Activities and courses to fit any persons needs

- When Is The Next iPad Users Group Meeting
Thanks for reading CTL and for your helpful and interesting comments.
Lenny — Congrats. In my view, and that of others, CTL does provide a valuable service. And I think your enthusiasm come across — even though you are low key.
Good luck

Thanks for the kind words Phil
Hi There,
Congratulations on your four-year mark!
Thank you so much for your kindness in giving us such good help and advice. I live in Macas, east of Cuenca by 6-7 hours. I need to read your advice about VPN, which I will do. It sounds like I need to invest in a different router than I recently bought. TL-Link is what I have. I have high speed, so they say, (ISP is ZoeNet.) but I get some buffering with my Roku: retrieve, load and then maybe starts that again during a program on one of the free channels. Bonanza, for example. You can see how far down my taste has slipped.
In May I am going to the U.S. for a two-week visit. Would you recommend that I purchase the router you have mentioned while I am there? I have a Roku 3 and a thsmarty panths Sony TV and I want to subscribe to some programming to watch.
I will read on your site for many hours, it looks like. But, I like tech stuff!. You are most generous to do this for us.
Warm regards,

Elaine, thank for the kind words. Re: Router. Can not go wrong with the routers from Sabai.
Shall do and thank you so much.
