Yesterday, I had the best sourdough bread and cream cheese I have tasted in Ecuador. Tomorrow you can taste it too.

  • I will be at The Vegetable Bar this Saturday Oct 1st.  from 11:00am – 1:00 pm. There will be the usual tasting of smoked products plus I will be cooking some fresh salmon samples with some delicious marinades The Vegetable Bar will then be serving a Salmon Dinner at 1:00 pm with all the fixings for $10.95
  • I will be traveling to the U.S. from Oct 24th – Nov. 16th. My last delivery will be on Oct 17th. After that the next opportunity to buy Salmon will be Nov. 23rd. Please email your order. Remember a day without Salmon is a day without Salmon 😁
